Our "B&B" is a small House (not Hotel) where the guests will be at easy as their house, located on the fourth floor, with elevator, a quiet building in the centre of Rome, near the central station Termini.New: From April 2011 we will have elevator.All rooms are with private bath, shower and hair dryer, TV set color lcd, telephone, wireless internet connection, tv on demand, private mini bar, electronic security box, air conditioning.It 'very important to communicate the arrival time OTHERWISE WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE CHECK IN.The guests may have self service continental breakfast.We are located behind the main railway station "Roma Termini" and from there is possible to catch all busses and metros for visiting the city. From our house is possible going to walking to the St. Mary Major Church, Opera Theatre, Colosseum and Imperial Forum.IMPORTANT INFORMATION:- WE KINDLY ADVICE OUR GUESTS THAT FROM JANUARY THE 1ST 2011 THE DISRTICT COMMUNAL OF ROME IMPOSE A TAX (D.L. 78/2010) FOR ALL GUESTS: THE TAX CONSIST ON PAYMENT OF 2 (TWO) EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT TO BE PAID DIRECTLY AT YOUR ARRIVAL IN CASH.- PAYMENT BY CASH WHERE IS POSSIBLE.- PLEASE BE SO KIND TO LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE (BY PHONE OR EMAIL) YOUR ARRIVAL TIME BECAUSE WE DO NOT LIVE HERE TO AVOID TO BE KEPT WAITING.
