A la Mascareta is in the area of Venice Giudecca called “ex junghans” very close to the boat stop of “Palanca”.Palanca is very simple to arrive , it is in 12 minutes from Piazzale Roma , 16 minutes from railway station (Santa Lucia), or two stop boat from Piazza San Marco and one from Zattere (Accademia and Peggy Guggenheim collection).The flat is on the second floor of a very fashion building recently renovated, with a lovely lagoon view.Inside there are a big and lightly dinning room (with a sleeping sofa) and a little kitchen with all the optional (microwave, refrigerator, etc.).On the left side you can find the bathroom with douche and also the washer machine. At the end there is a very big bedroom, full of light with two windows and a four seasons , everything completed by a big king size bed.The entire apartment is served by air conditioning and/or heating system, television, DVD player, radio and from next March internet wifi connection.With a comfortable weather it is also possible to have a breakfast or more in the terrace outside viewing the boats, the lagoon and some islands.
