The Hafjell Hotel is a cozy, charming three star hotel in Hafjell, and is a great base for a ski vacation in Norway. Lillehammer and Hafjell, host to the Winter Olympic games in 1994, is Norway's oldest winter sports resort. One of the biggest advantages of Hafjell is that you know there will be snow due to the weather in this particular location. The hotel is only a five minute walk to the ski centre and Gondola and was newly renovated in 2008. Guests can ski all day at the Hafjell ski resort, relax in the evenings by the fireplace in the recently renovated lounge, enjoy a delicious meal in the charming café, or have a quick drink at the bar.
