"Quinta das Palmeiras" is a country property consisting of two houses with five independent appartments,each on its own floor.Fully equipt kitchens and fullt furnished. There is also a private pool 12*8 m with paved terrace. Set in 20.000 m2 of quiet countryside near Ericeira(8Km).The place is about 3 Km away from Assenta Beach and only 600 metres away from village of Barril.Here,you can find a shopping area which includes a petrol station,a bank,pharmacy,a supermarket,restaurants,cafés and shops. The guests share the lawns,the pool,the terrace,the childrens playground and the carpark. Volleyball field. (The check out in July and August must be on saturdays)
